RocketCare
RocketCare is a one-time setup service where the support team installs, configures, and tests WP Rocket on your website for you.
This article explains what's included in the RocketCare service, what's required from you, what happens during the optimization process, and what can be expected once the process is complete. You can also find a general overview at our RocketCare page .
What is RocketCare
RocketCare is a service designed to help you get started with WP Rocket with less effort on your side. Our team reviews your website, applies the recommended WP Rocket configuration, checks for possible conflicts, and makes sure the site is working correctly after the optimization.
The goal is to improve your website performance while keeping your layout, features, and important pages working as expected.
What we need from you
To start with the RocketCare service, the support team will ask for:
- Your website URL.
- WordPress admin access.
- FTP or SFTP access.
- Any important pages, features, or sections you would like us to pay special attention to.
Note: Before we start, we strongly recommend making sure you have a recent backup of your website.
What we take care of
Once the required access is provided, the RocketCare service will begin, and we will take care of the main setup tasks, including:
- Review your website before starting the optimization.
- Install and configure WP Rocket.
- Check for existing caching or optimization tools.
- Disable or adjust conflicting caching or optimization plugins and settings when needed.
- Test a representative sample of pages on your website.
- Check the website for visible issues after optimization.
- Prepare a final report with the results and recommendations.
About the tested pages
As part of the service, we test a representative sample of pages from your website (usually 5 pages). These pages help us check different types of content, layouts, and functionality.
However, WP Rocket is configured and runs on your whole website, not only for the pages included in the report. The sample pages are used to monitor the optimization and show the results in a clear way.
When we may need your help
RocketCare is a done-for-you service, but in some cases we may need your help before we can continue. For example:
- If the access details do not work.
- If we need your approval before changing something on the site.
- If we need help with third-party accounts, for example the hosting provider or CDN (for security reasons, we can't access those services).
- If we find an issue that is outside the scope of RocketCare.
If that happens, we will explain what is needed and guide you through the next step.
What you receive at the end
When the optimization is complete, we will send you:
- A summary of the work done on your website.
- A PDF report with performance results and additional recommendations.
- A backup of your WP Rocket settings, so they can be restored if needed.
We also recommend reviewing your website after the service is complete. Everything should be running smoothly, but if anything does not look right, reply to our message and we will take care of it.
Important notes
RocketCare focuses on the setup and configuration of WP Rocket. Some performance factors may depend on your hosting, theme, third-party scripts, ads, images, external services, or custom code.
Because every website is different, results can vary. We will always aim to apply the best configuration for your specific site and share any relevant recommendations in the final report.
