Why are WP Rocket auto-updates disabled?

We have decided not to allow automatic updates to be enabled because there is always the possibility of something going wrong. 

Since caching affects the front end of your website, we don't want to take the risk of causing any problems. 

It's best that updates are done manually so that site owners can make sure that everything goes smoothly.
