Enabling GZIP with 1&1 IONOS

The GZip compression is now activated by default by WP Rocket on 1&1 IONOS hosting, you shouldn't need to use the php.ini file anymore.

If you are on a  1&1 hosting plan, GZIP compression may not be enabled by default. To enable, please follow their instructions here in reference to Activating Compression via php.ini with the following entries: 

zlib.output_compression = 1
zlib.output_compression_level = 9
