How can I get a refund?

You can use the automatic refund option on the  Billing page by clicking on the Get refunded option as shown below:

A form will pop up and:

• You can choose to be directly refunded by following the short next steps and that's it, your order will be automatically refunded. 
• You can also choose to ask for help before getting a refund. 

The link is displayed only for orders under the 14-days refund policy.
