No subscription: How to (re)activate RocketCDN on my site

In some cases, on your WP Rocket Dashboard tab, it can happen that you see the "No Subscription" mention under the RocketCDN section even if you have an active RocketCDN subscription. 

This situation can indeed happen:

  • when the RocketCDN token hasn't be properly set in the database
  • when the site hasn’t been correctly attached to the subscription
  • after a database restoration.

To activate or re-activate RocketCDN on your site, you just have to click on "Get started", "Learn More" or "Get RocketCDN" button to relaunch the subscription iframe.

Note: It will take you again through the steps for setting up the subscription so the site get's attached to the subscription, but you will not get charged again
