Can I ban or stop a site from using my license?

The only way to prevent a website from using your license is to delete the WP Rocket plugin from the site. 

Removing the domain from your WP Rocket account is only a temporary measure. If the plugin remains active on the site, the domain will be added back to the account in the future. 

If you believe someone has stolen your license or is sharing it, there are two options:

  1. We can reset your API key for you. Please contact our Support team for this. This step will require re-installing WP Rocket on your sites.
  2. You can use the Ban feature in WP Rocket Account > Websites, as shown here:

    It will prevent a website from getting access to updates and updates notifications. However, this won’t prevent a site from using WP Rocket as per the GPL license we’re using.

At this moment, the banned websites will remain listed in your account. 

Also, please note a banned website stills counts as a website in your license. So if you're a Single or Plus license user and you can't add more sites because you've reached the websites limit please contact support for further help.
